Philip L. Creps, DO, FACN, attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, MI, and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1991. Furthermore, he conducted his psychiatric residency and completed his fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Indiana University School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Creps received board certification in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry from the American College of Psychiatry and Neurology. He remains an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Arizona Society of Addiction Medicine. Moreover, he attained fellowship of the American College of Neuropsychiatrists.
